Big Tree Media's Storemanager is the place to manage your entire store.  The system has been built to provide easy, simple navigation to all key areas.

The home page shows continually-updated key information about your sales.  Graphs allow you to view sales for today, yesterday, this month, last month, and this year. 

The software even sends real-time alerts to warn you when you're running low on stock, an upcoming sale expiration, and new feature upgrades from Big Tree Media.

Order processing has never been easier. See at a glance all of new orders received, and on a single page. Want more information? Just double click the order to view complete details.

Once order has been moved and is processed, it's removed from the New Orders screen.

Three clicks: That's all it takes to generate a PDF with invoice, packing slip, and fullfilment slip for each new, unprocessed order.

After the document's generated, the system can automatically mark each order's status to the next step. This moves the order out of the new order screen, and the customer sees the updated status in their account area.

Once a customer has signed up for an account, you can view all important information, including order history, billing and shipping addresses, email information, the date they became a customer, and the total amount of their orders. You can even send emails to customers directly from Storemanager.

Storemanager also employs drill down technology that lets you double click pieces of data to see detailed information. For instance, double click on an order and you are taken to that order detail page.

Sometimes the hardest part of managing your products is finding them. Using built-in cutting edge technology, quickly filter your product list by SKU, name, quantity on hand, manufacturer, vendor, or price – fast. Because our grids load only a little data at a time for rapid information retrieval, this makesusing Storemanager an enjoyable experience – not a chore.

Editing the detail of products is a simple, painless process. Edit pricing information, select manufacturer and vendor, enter keyword and description meta data, use a rich text editor to complete long descriptions, add multiple images to our product image gallery, assign categories, attributes, shipping information, tax rules, and select related products – all with a few simple clicks.

Category management allows for an amazing level of flexibility. The software's capacity for unlimited categories and sub categories allows for future expansion. Enter keyword and description metadata across the site or on individual categories or pages for easy search engine indexing of your site. You also can add a category banner image, photo, and description to be displayed to the customer while viewing catalog pages in a category.

Also manage an unlimited number of attributes. Each attribute can modify the price of the product or the SKU, allowing the user to enter information that gives your customer maximum choices when purchasing.

Store promotions and coupons mean you're in complete control. Create storewide, category, manufacturer, vendor, or product-based sales and coupons. Storemanager not only sets the start and end dates, but the times, as well.

This means you can create a promotion valid for Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Complete reporting lets you compare and measure which promotions performed the best.
